CARE GUIDE

We use natural and sustainable materials that are designed to last and grow more beautiful with age. Find out how to keep them looking their best by following our guidelines below.

Brass

To preserve the quality and shine of your upcycled brass, we recommend limiting exposure to water. Please remove your jewelry while exercising, showering, or swimming and limit contact with perfumes, lotions and hair products. We recommend lemon juice to restore shine. Mix one part water with one part lemon juice, soak your brass in the solution for five minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with water. Leave to air dry and buff with a soft cloth for extra shine.

Leather

Like all natural materials, leather reacts to extreme weather - humidity, rain, and sunlight can damage and alter its appearance. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to these elements in order to preserve its color and condition. For additional care, Chamberlain’s Leather Milk can be applied using a dry, soft cloth. A little goes a long way as natural, unfinished and pale leathers can darken when conditioned so please apply sparingly. While you should try and keep your leather dry, you can spot clean when needed with water and a mild detergent as long as you allow it to dry naturally.

Semi-precious stones

To keep your stone jewelry looking its very best, we recommend using a soft, non-abrasive cloth to gently wipe away any dirt. Try to avoid getting it wet, and don't use any cleaning products on it as this may alter the color and appearance of your jewelry. If there is significant build-up, a damp jewelry brush may be used to gently buff the surface. Remember to remove your jewelry while exercising, showering, or swimming, and when applying hand wash or sanitizer, fragrance, hair or skin products.
